This is The Elpis Foundation where we are staying. It is a preschool/ dorm for missionary groups founded by Vacille Pope a Romanian Christian. The groups staying at the foundation subsizdize the preschool. The preschol offers first class Christian education to over 100 children in Dej. The dorms are great and we are very happy here.
